Yeshiva students will emerge with a trained skill in their own area of interest for a profession or work. Students will be trained in high-demand fields, such as automotive, carpentry, electric, computers, sound equipment, painting, cooking, drafting software, plumbing, finance, public speaking, debating, first aid, art, music, investing, etc.
Over time during the vocational program, their basic level of skills will be nurtured to grow and also help will be provided to identify an area of their interest or develop a higher skill level. Yeshivas will encourage their students, train them to work to increase his knowledge and skill level to earn an internship opportunity.
Through 3 training phases, the Yeshivas learning center in Florida prepares their students to gain their knowledge and up their skills levels to the maximum level, so they can utilize them to their choice of a profession and build their future.
Initial skill development:
The students will be evaluated and segmented by skill level into appropriate teams so they can focus on the fundamental skills necessary for each of the areas of learning. Over time, they may move onto more advanced levels very quickly, depending on their skill set.
As they progress, they may be able to learn more advanced skills and may even be offered to supervise other students or even teach some skills to other students and feel proud of his advancement.
Determine the right direction:
During this phase of vocational program, the teachers at Yeshivas learning institute in Florida will direct a student towards increasing his skills in a particular area or vocation and direct him to more advanced classes or projects that will increase his skill set.
