Students acquire technical skills through hands-on training in vocational training programs. The Yeshiva seeks to prepare students for life and a successful future. An integral part of that will be to make a Parnassa.
At Yeshivas Doresh Learning Center in Florida, students will learn basic level skills initially. Then as select individuals find an interest or develop a higher skill level in a particular area, we offer that student a specific internship opportunity in that area. When a student shows an interest in that area of skill, he can work to increase his knowledge and skill level to earn an internship opportunity.
At Yeshivas Doresh Learning Center in Miami, the students find the basic vocational training for automotive, carpentry, electric, computers, sound equipment, painting, cooking, drafting software, plumbing, finance, public speaking, debating, first aid, art, music, investing, etc. We try to identify which students have their interest in which areas of them and put our further attention to those students who show their interest in particular areas.
We offer students with their particular interest a special focus and offer them the opportunity to participate in a project that is happening. As they are involved, they keep learning better and continue to develop advanced skills and knowledge in that particular area. As a student progresses, we also offer them to learn more advanced skills and engage them in a supervision job for other students or even allow them to teach some skills to other students. As a result, those students continue to feel proud of their advancement.
In course of time, our students develop their skills through hands-on experience, are given opportunities to monetize those skills, and determine the right direction up to selection of the skills for their future.
Join us and we will grow together.
The Yeshiva offers opportunities and the skills for life.
