The challenges that many boys face after finishing their studies in their school are the skills required for a particular job function or trade. The main goal is to prepare our students for specific careers, disregarding traditional, unrelated academic subjects.

Focusing on the specific learning needs of boys

Various studies found boys educated in their school classroom are better equipped to accommodate the large differences in cognitive, social and development growth through vocational training at their school environments.

We at Yeshivas Doresh learning center in Florida understand it and train boys in the areas of automotive, carpentry, electric, computers, sound equipment, painting, cooking, drafting software, plumbing, finance, public speaking, debating, first aid, art, music, investing, etc. We have created that platform to help them demonstrate their knowledge and understanding in those areas and support them to develop their skills in the area of their interest. We try to identify which of the training segments they have greater interest and promise in that area. We give further attention to that student in that particular area of interest to help them take it to the next level.

Our staff direct students towards increasing their skills in a particular area or vocation and direct them to more advanced classes or projects. That help them to enhance their skill sets.

We took them to show how others had advanced, introduced them with those people and encouraged those students to ask them questions for advice, and then offered further areas to develop.
